All accounts provided with each device are deleted upon return of the device or upon the user's exit of the program, therefore we urge all user's to backup their files. In some cases accounts are able to be recovered for a period of time however this may not always be possible. Please generate a support ticket including the account name you would like to inquire about recovering.
